The urban dynamic between the aspirations of the population and the reality of the pension, the rapid urbanization and the invasion of the commercial activity of the cities require an in-depth analysis of the methods of production of these urban areas, as well as how to manage them and the implications of different uses and practices on the urban landscape and the urban environment. There is a difference between the perception of the urban population and the reality of the pension and their aspirations.
The analytical presence of social changes, both spatial and functional, of the urban environment and the relationship between the population and their neighborhoods, enables us to identify the reality and look at the fate of the population and to contribute to the analytical effort to complete the urban project.
